Whatsapp Campaign Filter

• First Sync the latest entries from Zoho Contact / Lead to the Contact Group

• Navigate to Contact Groups and click on Sync Contact Option. (This will be automated soon)

• Next, it will be directed to the Import/Export window.

• To map the variables,Go to Contacts > List. Select "Add/Remove Contacts."

• Choose "Import from Integrations." Add a group name, select integration and contact type, then click "Add contacts to a group."

• Map variables and click "Map and Save."

• Once the process is completed, Navigate to Whatsapp > Whatsapp Campaign > Campaign Sender

• Click on Next

• Then, Click on Recipient > Select Add from Group

• Choose the Zoho lead/contact group

• Now the Filtering option will be available

• Add a filter and proceed with the campaign
