# Whatsapp Campaign Filter

* First Sync the latest entries from Zoho Contact / Lead to the Contact Group&#x20;
* Navigate to Contact Groups and click on Sync Contact Option. (This will be automated soon)&#x20;
* Next, it will be directed to the Import/Export window.

* To map the variables,Go to Contacts > List. Select "Add/Remove Contacts."&#x20;
* Choose "Import from Integrations." Add a group name, select integration and contact type, then click "Add contacts to a group."&#x20;
* Map variables and click "Map and Save."

* Once the process is completed, Navigate to Whatsapp > Whatsapp Campaign > Campaign Sender&#x20;
* Click on Next
* Then, Click on Recipient > Select Add from Group&#x20;
* Choose the Zoho lead/contact group&#x20;
* Now the Filtering option will be available&#x20;
* Add a filter and proceed with the campaign
